Matthew Mitchell

Matthew, by profession, is a retired California Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with many years experience.

This experience is a natural fit and makes him particularly well suited for commercial real estate which complements that of residential real estate transactions, where in both disciplines, understanding the numbers and being able to properly generate and explain their meaning is critical. 

In the not to distant future, Matthew will pursue the qualification to become a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) which is the most recognized qualification in commercial real estate. 

He welcomes others who wish to acquire, lease or sell commercial real estate, to give him the opportunity to exceed their expectations.
