Patricia Himelright

Trish Himelright has a strong foundation in business, leadership and customer service.  She brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her real estate clients.  Her professional journey began in Texas, where she started her career with Caterpillar while earning her Bachelor's degree in International Business.  Balancing full-time work and higher education helped shape attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Following her time in Texas, Trish relocated to Pennsylvania where she continued her career with Cat for a remarkable 33 years.  Throughout her tenure, she developed extensive experience in operations, client relations, and problem solving - skills that now translate seamlessly into helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with confidence.

After retiring from Cat, Trish moved to Delaware where she pursued her entrepreneurial passion by owning and operating Ocn Blu Beach Bar and Grille.  As a business owner, she gained firsthand experience in customer service, negotiations, marketing and financial management, further strengthening her ability to guide clients through complex decisions. 

These diverse experiences ultimately led Trish to real estate, where she combines her corporate expertise, business ownership experience and passion for helping people.  Having lived in multiple states and navigated relocations herself, she understands firsthand the importance of finding not just a home but the right community and lifestyle.  While living in the Delaware beach area she helped many buyer clients find their piece of paradise while helping seller clients get the best price possible for their homes allowing them to move on to their next chapter in life.   

Trish ultimately made her way to Cape Coral, Florida where she quickly fell in love with the area's welcoming community, beautiful waterways and year-round sunshine.  Embracing the Southwest Florida lifestyle, she became a local quickly - enjoying shelling along nearby beaches, spending time on the water and exploring all the unique coastal experiences the region offers.  Her personal love for the area allows her to genuinely connect with buyers who are relocating and helps her provide valuable insight into the lifestyle, amenities and hidden gems that make Southwest Florida such a desirable place to call home.
