KNR (Keyes National Referrals) is designed for those licensees who have a valid Florida real estate license but do not wish to be actively involved in selling real estate. KNR provides the opportunity to refer family, friends, neighbors and business colleagues to full time, professional associates and receive a significant referral fee. Our referral checks average nearly $1,000 each for just one phone call!

 

How are standard KNR referral fees calculated?

 

When a transaction is closed, your referral fee will be calculated as follows:

 

Selling Price	$250,000
Commission (varies)	x 6%
Gross Commission	$ 15,000
Referral Side
(buying or selling)	$ 7,500
	x 15%
Your Referral Fee	$ 1,125
