Chris Ferguson

As Director of Human Resources for The Keyes Company, Chris oversees all policies and programs, including employment, training, benefits, and compensation. She also assists and advises senior management on Human Resource issues. Chris has worked with The Keyes Company for 30 years, coming up through the Advertising and Training departments, serving as Accounting Manager, and even acting as Executive Assistance to the President, Mike Pappas. She obtained her degree from Florida International University in Human Resources. Chris and her husband have two grown children. In her free time, she enjoys reading and traveling.
