KNR (Keyes National Referrals) is designed for those licensees who have a valid Florida real estate license but do not wish to be actively involved in selling real estate. The “alternative real estate career” provides the opportunity to refer family, friends, neighbors and business colleagues to full time, professional associates and receive a significant referral fee. Our referral checks averaged nearly $1,000 each for just one phone call!

Included below are links to information, sign up forms and other requirements. To become a member, please complete and sign the following documents:

1. Department of Professional Regulation Form RE-10 or Department of Professional Regulation Form RE-11
2. Independent Contractor Agreement.
3. Referral Associate Profile form.
4. Address or name change package
5. KNR Referral Worksheet
6. W-9 Form
7. A copy of your current real estate license.
8. Your check in the amount of $35.00 made payable to Keyes National Referrals (annual membership fee).
