Vice-Chairman of the Keyes Company, after serving as President of the company for 20 years. Within the last two decades, Mr. Smith has served the U.S Federal Courts and the Florida Courts as Trustee and Receiver for major real estate organizations. His most recent appointments are as Trustee of the Miami Center Liquidating Trust, including properties as the Intercontinental Hotel and the Miami Center Ofiice Building.

Mr. Smith is the author of the course " Commercial Real Estate", certified by the State of Florida and a Licensed School Director of the Sate. Additionally he has developed numerous properties, including Pines Island Ridge, a 2,950 residential unit community in Fort Lauderdale and Spring Center South Shopping Center in Orlando. He has consulted on numerous development projects including assemblage of land for ATT Building and the block of Broadway/43rd Street in New York City.
